Launch a versatile micro market solution with a real-time sales data and an excellent retail-focused design
Options Management reached out to Televend in 2024 to learn more about their complete micro market solution, Nutrico, and cashless payment requirements.
Options Management were looking for a terminal which was modern and provided retail focused consumer experience. The ability to customise the micro market solution was key. Televend worked closely with Options Management to develop bespoke features, including a tailored tabletop stand and the seamless integration of Options’ QR code programme. This innovation enabled cashless coffee machines to be incorporated into promotional product deals, creating a more cohesive and engaging consumer experience.
In addition, having access to real-time data was a must for Options Management, allowing them to track profitability and update their product mix on an individual site basis.

Televend’s Nutrico with TPAY300 cashless payment
Televend’s Nutrico micro market provided a solution which could be placed across multiple sectors including B&I and government services meeting the needs of each of Options Management customer segments.
A retail-based design, with a back office that allowed product flexibility. Options Management were impressed by Nutrico’s real-time management capabilities, which provide greater visibility over sales performance, product trends, and consumer behaviour.
This data has allowed Options Management to adapt products, helps combat planogram fatigue, and ensures product offerings remain relevant across diverse locations.
With all units being fitted with the TPay300 cashless device, Options Management know they won’t miss out on lost sales due to transactions being blocked after 5 consecutive taps due to the Chip and Pin feature the unit offers.
